Investigation The Genome Variation of St-253 of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Isolates

The genic variation analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa after filtering the spurious variation appeared that 222 variable loci out of 5572 loci were detected. The type of variation analysis revealed that single nucleotide polymorphism was highly significant compared with other types of variation due the fact that the genome variation was achieved on the level of microevolution. Moreover, the proportional effect of functional scheme showed that environmental information processing genes were the highest comparable with other scheme. The genes of environmental information processing locate on outer membrane and they are in direct contact with immune system therefore the change in the proteins coded by these genes lead to escape the immune system defence strategies. Furthermore, the non-synonymous change was the highest comparable with synonymous change among environmental information processing genes. Another significant result represented by the fact that 29 out of 31 showed the location of variation was within the conserved domain of the proteins that coded by environmental information processing genes. The variation being located within the conserved domain was considered as an essential for the adaptation of isolates against stress condition. Phylogenetic analysis indicates that high level of variation correlated with environmental information processing genes comparable with other schemes.
