Abstract

Our subject is focused on Health Education in order to emphasize its influence on the learning process, besides the issue of scholar performance in the long run. Healthy diet or its absence, apart from considering lifestyle factors and environmental conditions of young individuals can play a substantial role in education needs and means. It has been outlined in several scientific studies across the globe how food behaviorism, lifestyle factors, poor quality nutriments can affect to a large extent intellectual performances or its deficiency in the stage of knowledge acquisition, alongside health issues. This has drawn serious concerns to governments and health institutions (WHO, UNICEF) to outpoint the impact of nutriments, especially their type and quality, on childhood health and development. Our paper is meant to deliver some scientific-based evidence through international studies and deliver our analyses. Thus demonstrate how effective good nutriment habits or their absence can improve or impair the overall health quality, but also scholar achievements.
